We hate to give a refund policy, but such is the way of business.
As a deposit for securing your scheduled lesson, we ask that you pay for the lesson in advance via check, credit or debit card. However, we are always willing to work with you; just let us know. In the event of a class cancellation by Old World Kitchen, registered
and confirmed participants will be contacted by e-mail and/or telephone
and given the opportunity to reschedule. At times, this may happen on
the same day of the cooking class. We will also try and leave you a
voice message, text message or speak to you directly over the phone.
if a lesson was canceled and you do not wish to reschedule, we will
fully refund your purchase upon receiving your request through email or
by using our contact form.
Emergencies do come up on both sides,
and we fully understand that. If you, the customer/client, needs to
reschedule, we will gladly do so, just as long as we are contacted via
phone, text, or email at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson. If
this does not happen, you forfeit your lesson. We also ask that this does not happen 2 or more times in a row. Under extreme circumstances just give us a call, we will definitely try to work with you.
Old World Kitchen
does offer a 100% refund in the event that you, the customer/client,
requests the refund requesting a
refund at least 7 or more days before a scheduled lesson.
