All Thai dishes are served with brown Jasmine rice, one entrée, and one side.

Curried Mussels and Clams – Clams and Mussels are boiled in a coconut cream wine sauce that is enhanced with blended curry paste.


Salmon Curry – Salmon is cooked with shallots and lemon grass, finally it is seasoned further with a blended curry paste.


Curried Cod Steamed in Banana Leaf Boats – An Old World Kitchen favorite! We learn how to make boats from banana leaves. We then create a curried cod soaked in coconut cream and steam it inside of the boats. A fun lesson and a beautiful tasty meal!


Steamed Thai Bass – Cooked whole, this bass is covered in Thai flavors and served with sweet chili sauce.


Tangy Thai Trout – A whole trout is cooked with tamarind and chili sauce that creates a somewhat sweet, sour, and spicy appeal that will excite the senses.

 

Red Curry – Red curry uses a red curry paste that utilizes red peppers. It has a medium-high spiciness to it. In this dish shrimp or chicken can be used and it is mixed with zucchini, carrots, onions, and coconut milk.


Green Curry – Green curry uses a green curry paste (green chilies, galangal, lime leaves, lemon grass, etc.), shrimp or chicken, coconut milk, snake beans, cilantro and other spices.

 

Stir-Fried Shrimp with Coriander Leaves and Fresh Pineapple - Stir-fried shrimp, with cilantro, pineapple, mint, and other seasonings.


Tom Kha Gai - A chicken and galangal soup with a sweet and savory coconut based broth.
